Psychologists say that 95% of our thoughts and behavior comes from our subconscious mind and 5% from our conscious mind. Not all that surprising really as our subconscious mind controls each and every physical movement, whether voluntary or involuntary. Todays science estimates that 95 percent of our brains activity is unconscious, meaning that the majority of the decisions we make, the actions we take, our emotions and behavior’s, depend on the 95 percent of brain activity that lies beyond conscious awareness.
Your thoughts are energy, your words are energy, and your actions are energy. You create manifestations through thoughts, words, and actions that use energy to form objects, conditions, and experiences. As you bring more energy to any thought, any conversation, and any action, you increase your powers of creation.
A quark is a fundamental particle that is smaller than any measuring instrument we currently have but does that mean there’s nothing smaller? Following the discovery of quarks inside protons and neutrons in the early 1970s, some theorists suggested quarks might themselves contain particles known as ‘preons’.
The brain is considered to be a physical thing, the mind is considered to be mental. The brain is composed of nerve cells and can be touched, whereas the mind cannot be touched.
An atom is a fundamental smallest unit of matter which is made up of protons (positive particles), neutral (neutral particles), and electrons(negative particles). Every matter (solid, gas, liquid, etc.) is made up of atoms. A cell is a fundamental membrane-bound unit of life that can be single-celled or multicellular.
Scientists are still debating the exact number, which currently remains a conundrum. The short answer is that the body of an average man contains around 30 to 40 trillion cells. The long answer is that scientists do not yet know the exact number. Plus, it depends on whether or not you include the bacteria that are present in and on our bodies.
Cells alter their migratory phenotypes and velocity in response to the physical properties of their extracellular environment. Confinement, adhesion, stiffness and topology of the extracellular environment are key physical variables influencing cell migration. The way in which a cell migrates is influenced by the physical properties of its surroundings, in particular the properties of the extracellular matrix.
To understand the theory that like attracts like, we need to explore the direct connection between quantum physics and the law of attraction which is The Observer Effect. This phenomenon proves that the act of observation alters the behavior of the particles being observed. Meaning energy (human consciousness) is altering the state of other energy (particle in the experiment). Newton taught us that bodies with mass attract each other according to the universal law of gravitation (mass-mass attraction) and Einstein taught us that mass and energy are equivalent though his famous formula :E = mc^2. Also, experiments showed us that light (photons, which have no mass (only energy) are influenced by gravity as they have their trajectories warped (mass-energy attraction). But does energy somehow attract energy? Does it somehow clump up in a form other than normal matter?
This revelation is huge if we apply it consciously to our life…it means the invisible field of energy, that is within us and all around us, is what creates and sustains matter. We can learn to tap into the field and therefore create our own reality.
Quantum physics describes this perfectly, all things are infinite possibility in the field, however when we focus on something, we collapse the wave form into matter. Where our attention goes, so does our energy. We are far more powerful that what we have been led to believe, however due to constant ‘programming from the cradle to our grave’, the magic of our essence is largely lost for many.
Albert Einstein said, Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better. Nature is mysterious but is full of answers…. it’s full of life. Nature’s flow of changes comes with the cycles of seasons. Creation, growth, balancing, giving away & rest – this is how nature’s energies work… we are part of nature. Spending quiet time in nature will help you reflect on things in your life & the reasons behind them. Understand what you need to create, where time needs to be spent, what needs to be removed & when to rest. Nature nourishes your body & mind – recharging your life if you let it.
In itself, emotional energy is neutral. It is the feeling sensation and physiological reaction that makes a specific emotion positive or negative. Feeling is what you label as anger, sadness, joy or fear. It is then your interpretations or thoughts about emotional energy that give it meaning. Emotion serves as the carrier waves for the entire spectrum of feelings. Understanding that emotions are energy implies that they are fluid, moving resources meant to be felt and released vs. suppressed and ignored. The latter is the true culprit of low emotional intelligence and stress burnout.
Did you know that visual information only stays in short-term memory for about 20 to 30 seconds? From the fond memories you have of your childhood to the memory of what you had for lunch yesterday, it is our memory that makes us who we are. Our memories give us a sense of self and form the fabric of our daily life experiences. Have you ever wondered why you always seem to forget certain things like the names of new acquaintances? Or are you interested in learning more about how you can improve your memory? Memory is an astonishingly complex process that involves many areas of the brain. Memories can be vivid and long-lasting, but they are also susceptible to inaccuracies and forgetting. Researchers are discovering more and more about how memory works, including how long-term memories are created and how to combat memory loss associated with the aging process.
